Rooted in Empathy, Dedicated to Your Growth
I am Nicole Nakoneshny, a psychotherapist who is dedicated to fostering a safe space for clients to explore life and its challenges. I work with adults, offering sessions in English and French, and am licensed to practice in Manitoba and Ontario.
My approach is grounded in a gentle, professional partnership, where we work together to navigate the complexities of life and foster personal growth. I take an integrative, person-centered approach that recognizes therapy is not "one-size-fits-all". I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while staying attuned to who you are as a person, accompanying you in exploring your relationships, identity, and evolving roles in life.
My approach is rooted in the belief that not only are growth and change possible, but they are an ongoing part of life's journey. With a focus on individual healing, I am here to support you in discovering the resilience and clarity needed to navigate life in a way that creates meaning, fulfillment, and purpose.
